Responsibilities

  • Lead from the Front: Guide a team of talented developers while actively contributing to our codebase. We need a player-coach who's not afraid to get their hands dirty.

  • Architect for Scale: Design and implement scalable solutions that can handle our explosive growth. Think big, but execute with precision.

  • Innovate Relentlessly: Push the boundaries of what's possible with our tech stack. If you're not dreaming big, you're not dreaming enough.

Qualifications

Mastery of Our Stack

  • 4+ management and tech leadership experience.
  • 3+ Ruby on Rails or Javascript/node.js/vue.js development experience.
  • 10+ software development experience.
  • Deep expertise in , Firebase, Typescript, and Cloud Functions. You should be able to code circles around problems. Experience with Vue 2/3 and mobile, specifically Flutter/Dart is a huge bonus
  • Battle-Tested Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understands the Nuance of Tech Debt & Legacy Code: You've worked with large, legacy codebases and helped prioritize addressing the right amount of technical debt while intentionally leaving others.
  • Scalability Mindset: Experience in designing and maintaining systems that can handle rapid growth and high traffic.
  • Agile Advocate: Strong believer in agile methodologies with the flexibility to adapt processes as we scale.
  • Communication Superpower: Ability to inspire developers, collaborate with product teams, and articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Insatiable Curiosity: A hunger for learning new technologies and staying ahead of industry trends.

    What are my responsibilities?

    Pretty much just be willing to apply feedback, we will take care of the hassle part for you.

    -How much does it cost?

    Our help is free until you sign a contract and start working. Once you are hired, we charge 10% of your annual salary, this is only for the first year.

    -When do I pay?

    Example you sign for $100k ( could be more)

    • Month 1: You receive $8,333.33, and we ask for $2,500 as the first installment of the fee.
    • Month 2: You receive $8,333.33, and we ask for another $2,500.
    • Month 3: You receive $8,333.33, and we ask for the third $2,500.
    • Month 4: You receive $8,333.33, and we ask for the final $2,500.
    • You are free to enjoy your jump into a better compensation for life.


    How many times do I get to try?

    Once you are approved for the program, we will send roles for your approval. If you're disqualified, we'll give you detailed feedback, and you can apply again to our VIP program after 2 years. This gives you time to work on the areas we suggest improving.

    How long does it take for my membership to be approved?

    Up to one week, after that, we will ensure to find you a project in one additional week.
