Position: IT Help Desk Engineer (0.5)
Location: Remote, Anywhere in LATAM, Central Time (7 AM - 4 PM CT)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a dependable Entry-Level Support Specialist to provide essential phone support and manage simple SEV-2 help desk tickets, such as password resets and account unlocks. This role is ideal for someone seeking a steady position with light technical requirements and built-in downtime. The ideal candidate is comfortable with a support role that balances quick response needs and minimal complexity.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and resolve SEV-2 tickets, including password resets and account unlocks.
  • Answer phone calls promptly to support end-users with quick, straightforward solutions.
  • Manage basic tasks such as starting/stopping automation flows and reviewing flagged emails for spam or phishing.
  • Maintain clear communication and ensure quick responses for time-sensitive requests.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ months of experience in a support or help desk role (technical skills not required).
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to respond quickly to requests.
  • Comfortable with repetitive tasks and some downtime throughout the shift.
  • Fluent in English for clear communication.
