What Youll Do

Are you the rare breed of professional who speaks both the language of pixels and the syntax of code? We're on a quest for an extraordinary UX Engineer a digital polymath who can transform abstract design concepts into living, breathing code while championing a design system that will shape the future of our product.

We're not just looking for a UX Engineer; we're searching for a visionary who will revolutionize how our design and engineering teams collaborate. As our UX Engineer and Design System Architect, you'll be the linchpin in our product development process, the alchemist who transmutes design dreams into technical reality. You'll be the glue that binds the design and engineering teams, and the chief evangelist of the design system.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and evolve our design system using Vue.js and Tailwind CSS

• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to create reusable components and patterns

• Ensure consistent implementation of design principles across our products

• Evangelize our design system across the engineering team

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code

• Contribute to the development of style guides and documentation for the design system

• Continuously improve the performance and accessibility of our design system

Who You Are

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Vue experience

• 3+ years working with Typescript

• Expert-level knowledge of Vue.js and its ecosystem

• Proficiency in Tailwind CSS and responsive design principles

• Demonstrable experience working with and/or building design systems

• Strong understanding of web standards, accessibility (WCAG), and cross-browser compatibility

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment

• You have to be a resident of any country in Latin America.

  What are my responsibilities?
  
  Pretty much just be willing to apply feedback, we will take care of the hassle part for you.
  

  -How much does it cost?

  Our help is free until you sign a contract and start working. Once you are hired, we charge 10% of your annual salary, this is only for the first year.

  -When do I pay?
  Example you sign for $100k ( could be more)

  • Month 1: You receive $8,333.33, and we ask for $2,500 as the first installment of the fee.
  • Month 2: You receive $8,333.33, and we ask for another $2,500.
  • Month 3: You receive $8,333.33, and we ask for the third $2,500.
  • Month 4: You receive $8,333.33, and we ask for the final $2,500.
    
  • You are free to enjoy your jump into a better compensation for life.
    
  
  How many times do I get to try?
  
  Once you are approved for the program, we will send roles for your approval. If you're disqualified, we'll give you detailed feedback, and you can apply again to our VIP program after 2 years. This gives you time to work on the areas we suggest improving.
  
  How long does it take for my membership to be approved?
  
  Up to one week, after that, we will ensure to find you a project in one additional week.
