About the Role LatamCent is hiring a Junior Chief of Staff to support our executive team with strategy, execution, and operations. This role is ideal for a sharp generalist who thrives in fast-paced environments, learns quickly, and wants exposure to recruiting, client management, internal ops, and growth strategy. Youll work directly with our leadership to keep projects on track, solve day-to-day issues, and build systems that help us scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Own internal project tracking, ops documentation, and cross-team follow-ups
- Support CEO and execs with scheduling, research, and meeting prep
- Help streamline workflows across recruiting, sales, and client delivery
- Analyze metrics and surface insights for team reviews
- Draft internal comms, Notion pages, and client-facing docs as needed
- Handle one-off priorities ranging from hiring support to partner coordination
- Identify gaps in tools or systems and help implement improvements
Requirements
- 2+ years in a fast-paced startup or operations-heavy role
- Strong organizational and execution skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English (C1+)
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with platforms like Notion, Airtable, Slack, and GSuite
- Resourceful, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity
- Based in Latin America and available to work U.S. hours
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with or supporting executive leadership
- Background in recruiting, client services, or B2B startups
