Job brief

We are looking for a Sales Manager with excellent communication and leadership abilities to lead sales team members, develop sales programs, and set and meet the KPIs.

Responsibilities

  • Hire new SDRs and train all sales team members.
  • Manage a team of 8-10 SDRs to win qualified sales meetings for enterprise clients
  • Monitor and evaluate SDRs performance and work closely with them to maximize potential
  • Ensure effective use of technology tools and the prospecting model
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve sales development playbooks and results for our clients
  • Monitoring the performance of sales team members.
  • Attain growth and hit sales KPIs for the company every month.
  • Create and implement new sales initiatives, methods, and programs in order to increase revenue.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in any field
  • 7+ years of sales experience
  • 2+ tears of a leadership role in sales
  • Background in developing sales pitches and processes from beginning to end
  • Knowledge of G-Suite & Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of sales enablement tools like Apolo
  • Willing to travel and attend seminars
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Good ability to train people
  • C2/Native English

Salary: $2000-$2500 a month + commission on the performance of your SDRs, OTE for this role is $54k-60k USD per year.
