Flxpoint, a leading provider of ecommerce integration & automation solutions, is seeking an ambitious, creative, and sales driven Partnerships Manager.
This role is pivotal in identifying potential partners, performing outreach, and cross promoting our services within our partners audience. Flxpoints top partners include suppliers, web agencies, ecommerce software companies, and ecommerce influencers.
Who You Are:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and digital marketing, content strategy/creation, marketing campaign management, and hands-on experience with various marketing tools and platforms.
Though you won't be selling to our customers directly you'll be selling Flxpoint to our partners and you'll need to have experience bringing in new partnerships and deals.
What Youll Do:
- Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with potential partners in key industries (suppliers, web agencies, ecommerce software companies, influencers).
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to engage new partners.
- Manage and optimize the affiliate program to drive partner engagement and performance.
- Plan, organize, and execute co-webinars in collaboration with partners to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
- Represent Flxpoint at trade shows, including both exhibiting and attending, to foster relationships and increase brand visibility.
- Collaborate with partners to create co-marketing materials such as presentations, one-pagers, and other marketing collateral.
- Develop and execute a LinkedIn personal branding and content creation strategy to build relationships and establish thought leadership within the ecommerce industry.
- Oversee influencer campaign management, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and maximizing reach and engagement.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, partner sales & marketing, business development or a related role.
- Proven experience in sales or marketing campaign management and partner outreach.
- Light content creation & design skills required for co-marketing material creation and partner collaboration
- Experience with managing and nurturing a pipeline of leads or partner prospects.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel for trade shows and partner events.
