Job Summary:
Rakuten is seeking a creative and driven Enterprise Sales Development Representative to join our team, focusing on launching a new enterprise software product. The role involves generating leads and engaging with CISOs and CIOs of organizations with annual revenues exceeding $1 billion.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative strategies to generate leads and engage potential clients at the enterprise level.
- Craft personalized outreach campaigns targeting CISO/CIOs, emphasizing the unique benefits of our software solutions.
- Manage a mix of communication strategies, with a focus on creative messaging over phone calls.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on messaging and goals.
- Track and analyze performance metrics to refine and optimize outreach efforts.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in sales development, preferably in B2B or enterprise software sales.
- C1+ English Level.
- Proven ability to creatively engage with senior-level executives in large-scale organizations.
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
