We are hiring on behalf of our client, Rise, for the following position:


About the role

We're looking for a Full-Stack Software Developer to take the lead on developing and maintaining our payroll platform. This job is a great fit for someone who loves working across the stack, takes pride in writing clean, efficient code, and is comfortable owning features from concept to deployment.

You'll be working closely with a team made up of engineers, designers, and stakeholders to build web applications that can be easily scaled up and down and perform really well. You'll also be working on making important improvements to existing products. We're looking for someone who's got technical know-how, pays attention to the details, and owns every project.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain full stack features across our web platform.
• Build responsive UIs using Vue.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript practices.
• Design and optimize backend services, APIs, and database schemas.
• Write clean, well-tested, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews and help maintain high engineering standards.
• Collaborate with team members on architecture, scalability, and deployment decisions.
• Work with the product team to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of professional experience in full stack software development.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and Vue.js.
• Experience working with MySQL and designing efficient data models.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and deploying cloud-native applications.
• Proficiency with Git-based workflows (e.g., using GitHub).
• A problem-solver mindset with attention to performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  

Bonus Points For

• Experience with W3 or similar web3/cloud-native frameworks.
• CI/CD pipeline experience.
• Background in agile development environments.
