What You'll Do

As our Patient Access Coordinator, you'll be the first and last point of contact for our patients — setting the tone for their entire visit. Your day-to-day will include:

• Greeting patients and managing smooth, efficient check-in and check-out
• Collecting payments accurately and maintaining financial integrity
• Keeping patient demographic and insurance information current and correct
• Verifying insurance as needed
• Preparing and organizing patient charts ahead of appointments
• Answering registration and operational questions with warmth and clarity
• Being a steady, professional presence that keeps our front office running seamlessly
• Maintaining meticulous documentation and communication records
• Safeguarding patient and financial confidentiality at every turn

What You Bring

• Front office or healthcare administrative experience (preferred, not required)
• A genuine passion for customer service and patient care
• Strong organizational skills and clear, confident communication
• Comfort with basic computer systems; insurance verification knowledge is a plus
• A team-first mindset and a positive, can-do energy

What We Offer

• Starting pay: $17 - $19/hour (based on experience)

• Weekday Only Schedule – Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 430 p.m. OR 830 a.m. to 5 p.m.
