The Opportunity

The Clinical Manager will be both a hands-on clinical professional and a key member of the practice's day-to-day operations.

You will work closely with patients, physicians, and the clinical team while helping ensure that the practice runs smoothly and that our high standard of patient care is maintained every day.

This is a role for someone who can confidently move between drawing blood, rooming patients, answering a patient's medication question, supporting the medical assistants, and helping keep the office running efficiently.

What You'll Do

Clinical & Patient Care

• Room patients and prepare them for visits
• Draw blood and perform other clinical duties within your scope
• Develop strong, trusting relationships with patients
• Serve as a primary point of contact for patient questions and needs
• Handle medication refill requests and general patient inquiries
• Help create a warm, welcoming, highly personalized patient experience

Practice Operations

• Help oversee the day-to-day operation of the office
• Order and maintain clinical and office supplies
• Assist with payroll and other administrative responsibilities
• Supervise and support one Medical Assistant, with the potential for the team to grow to two
• Help ensure clinical workflows are organized, efficient, and consistent
• Step in wherever needed to keep the practice running smoothly

Who We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is clinically strong, emotionally intelligent, organized, and genuinely kind. You may be an experienced Medical Assistant, Lead Medical Assistant, or Clinical Coordinator, who is ready to take on a broader role.

• Is warm, approachable, and positive
• Can multitask without becoming overwhelmed
• Has good judgment and strong diplomacy
• Is highly organized and dependable
• Has a strong work ethic and takes ownership
• Knows how to support and guide other Medical Assistants without being perceived as "the boss"
• Is comfortable being hands-on and jumping in wherever needed
• Understands that exceptional patient service is part of exceptional healthcare
• Has demonstrated stability in previous positions and is looking for a long-term home

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-time, salaried position
• Approximately $70,000 annually
• Standard office hours are approximately 9:00 AM–4:30 PM
• Candidates must have some availability beyond standard office hours and be comfortable being on-call by phone for patient needs
• Anticipated start date: October

Location

The practice is located in Boca Raton, Florida. Because traffic can make a significant difference in South Florida, preference will be given to candidates who live in or near Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Deerfield Beach, or Boynton Beach and can enjoy a reasonable commute.
