Dominion Behavioral Healthcare (DBH) is a private, multidisciplinary group practice serving the Richmond area. DBH offers individual, couples and family therapy, and works with individuals from early childhood to seniors. The practice's team includes Psychologists, Psychiatrists, PMHNPs, and LCSW/LCP/LMFT providers. Treatment is provided to children, adolescents, adults, and families diagnosed with a wide range of mental health challenges and disorders.

As an LCSW/LPC on our team, you will provide therapy, intake and assessment services for our patients.

Job duties of the LCSW/LPC include but are not limited to:

  • Conduct intake assessments
  • Develop and implement a plan of care with the patient and their support(s)
  • Complete high quality clinical documentation
  • Submit all documentation within 24 hours

Minimum requirements include:

  • Must be a licensed LCSW or LPC in Virginia
  • Self-motivated, directed, flexible and a team player
