Were looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Surgical Assistant to play a vital role in our surgical and procedural operations. The ideal candidate has experience in both medical/cosmetic practice settings and surgical procedures, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where every detail matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare operating and procedure rooms maintaining strict sterility, ensuring all equipment is functional, and anticipating the surgeons needs to promote safe and efficient care.
- Manage and track medical supply inventory to ensure full readiness for each procedure.
- Communicate effectively with the surgical team regarding surgeon preferences, suture and instrument needs, and specialty supplies.
- Confirm availability and functionality of all implants, equipment, and surgical instruments prior to procedures.
- Support a cohesive, positive team environment through professional and respectful communication.
Qualifications & Experience
- Completion of an accredited Surgical Assisting Program preferred.
- Comprehensive understanding of sterile technique, surgical procedures, and OR protocols.
- Ability to anticipate surgical needs, multitask effectively, and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
- Sharp attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
