LECOM Health is the only Osteopathic Academic Health Center in the country that includes a medical school with four campuses across three states. Medical Associates of Erie is a wholly owned subsidiary of LECOM Health and manages the clinical practices of the academic health center. The mission of the LECOM Eye Care Center is the cure and prevention of eye disease through clinical care, research and education. The department offers a comprehensive array of services to patients and educational and research opportunities to physicians who are both in training and in practice.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering patient-centered care and dedicated to serving the residents of Northwest Pennsylvania and its surrounding areas. Though we are part of a large healthcare system, our Ophthalmology Department is a close-knit, collaborative group consisting of two ophthalmologists and dedicated support staff. Together, we are committed to growing the ophthalmology service line into a premier program in the region, with a strong emphasis on education, research, clinical care, and community service.

Candidates must be board certified or board eligible in Ophthalmology.
