Our pratice is seeking a full-time team member to join two physicians and one audiologist in an established, respected office. This location offers the audiologist a level of autonomy that is typically found only in private practice, uniquely blended with physician support & referrals.

We work with a diverse population of pediatric through geriatric patients. Responsibilities include comprehensive audiometry, tympanometry, OAE, VRA, CPA and very occasionally VNG & ABR. We create lasting relationships with our adult hearing aid users by developing a hearing healthcare plan tailored to their needs. Thoughtful evaluation, accurate fitting, timely follow-up and appropriate maintenance are critical to their success.

Key responsibilities of the Audiologist include:

  • Conducting comprehensive hearing assessments using the latest audiology equipment.
  • Dispensing, fitting, and adjusting hearing aids to ensure optimal performance and comfort.
  • Engage in hearing aid sales and provide education on hearing aid use and care
  • Manage a busy patient panel from day one
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure the best possible care for patients

Qualifications for the Audiologist include:

  • Masters Degree or Doctor of Audiology
  • Virginia audiology and hearing aid specialist licensure
  • Must be able to self-start, problem solve, and work independently.
  • Strong communication skills.

Schedule:

  • Full-time, Monday - Friday, preferred (will consider part-time schedule)
    • Monday - Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
    • Friday 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
