About the job Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant
Are you an NP / PA who wishes to spend more time with your patients and less time rushing between appointments? That's the goal of our practice - we want our providers to have the time to connect with each patient. If this approach resonates with you, this opportunity could be the perfect fit!
Our established Family Medicine practice is looking for a full-time, licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or certified Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing team. As an independent, solo-physician concierge medical practice, we are expanding and need another provider to help us care for our patients. The ideal candidate should be capable of working independently in a supervised clinical environment, managing and coordinating care for an assigned patient population. While prior experience is preferred, we are also open to training a new graduate. Our physician is always available for consultation and fosters a collaborative approach with strong communication.
Our concierge model enables us to deepen our relationships with patients by dedicating more time to understanding them as whole individuals, including the impact of their environment and lifestyle on their health. This approach allows us to prioritize thorough evaluations, personalized consultations, patient education, and follow-up support -key components of delivering exceptional medical care. It also empowers us to focus more effectively on disease prevention and reversal.
If you are passionate about improving the care of your patients and are seeking a family-friendly, supportive and positive work environment, then we encourage you to apply!
