We are seeking a full-time, certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will be confident working independently in a clinical setting, supported by a collaborative office environment with two skilled urologists who prioritize teamwork, commitment, and mutual support. A physician is always available for consultation, and while experience is preferred, we welcome and are willing to train new graduates.
This is an excellent opportunity for an NP or PA who will enjoy evaluating, monitoring, and educating patients on a variety of urological conditions, such as urinary tract infections, gross hematuria, incontinence, kidney stones, prostate cancer, and more. Schedule:
- 4 days per week Monday through Thursday EVERY FRIDAY OFF!
- Full salary and benefits
- NO call! NO weekends!
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Coordinate and provide exceptional and appropriate care to patients to include evaluation, diagnosis and education
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Communicate with clinical staff and collaborating physicians regarding patient care
- Chart daily visit notes in an electronic medical record in a timely fashion
Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum three years of NP/PA experience, preferred
- Experience and interest in treating patients with urological conditions
- Current Virginia NP or PA License and unencumbered DEA License, required
- Self-motivated, directed, flexible and a team player
- Positive attitude and customer service orientation
