As a Nurse Practitioner, you will manage wellness daily in a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) that offers skilled nursing, assisted living, and independent living services. Your role will involve direct patient care, collaboration with medical directors and nursing staff, and managing relationships with facility administrators as well as residents and their families. We are looking for an entrepreneurial, patient-focused individual who thrives on improving the lives of residents.
