The Patient Liaison's primary responsibility is to facilitate the conversion of a standard medical practice into a retainer or personalized medical practice. He or she will be required to discuss with interested patients the benefits of the SignatureMD program and why they should join. The Patient Liaison will be placed in the doctor's office to act as a resource for patients and the physician, mirroring the doctors office hours.

The practice conversion is anticipated to last 10 weeks after which time the project / contract will be concluded.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Be present in the doctor's office during office hours to personally meet and discuss the SignatureMD program with every patient.

· Answer all patient inquiries, via phone, email, and in person, regarding the SignatureMD Program.

· Market the SignatureMD program to current patients and sign them as members of the new practice.

· Make follow-up calls to patients who have demonstrated interest in the program.

· Support the doctor through the conversion to a SignatureMD practice and provide him/her with daily updates regarding in-office sales activity.

· Send daily reports of patient sales activities to SignatureMD's corporate office.

· Support all patient meetings and events - some of which will take place during the evening.

· Participate in all office staff training sessions during the conversion.

· Ensure all patient contact information is maintained confidentially.

· Provide administrative support to Corporate Manager and assist with pre-conversion project work.

Skills and Competencies:

The Patient Liaison is part salesperson and customer service representative, with strong inter-personal and communication skills. The qualified candidate must have experience in sales, be an excellent listener and possess strong verbal and written communication skills that reflect their persuasive selling style. He or she must be self-directed and highly motivated with the ability to analyze situations and adapt to them. Candidates must be computer literate with a basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. CRM experience is preferred.

Requirements: The qualified candidate will be a college graduate and possess work experience in the field of medical sales, clinical operations, high-end hospitality, or customer service.
