Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Clinical Operations: Supervise nursing staff and ensure adherence to best practices.

3. Enhance Patient Care: Oversee Chronic Care Management (CCM) and Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) programs.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Active nursing license preferred.
2. Experience: 3-5 years in a clinical setting, 2+ years in a leadership role. CCM and RPM experience a plus.
3. Skills: Strong leadership, EHR proficiency, and knowledge of Medicare programs.
