About the job Nurse Practitioner - Women's Health

Nurse Practitioner – Telehealth, Young Women's Health

June/July | Remote · W-2 · Part-time (0.8 FTE) or Full-time (1.0 FTE)

Care the way young women actually deserve it

June/July is a virtual-first women's health clinic built for young women — from birth control and periods to mental and sexual health. We're on a mission to make every visit actually answer the question the patient came in with: no judgment, no months-long waits, no fragmented care, no bouncing between five different providers who don't talk to each other. We want patients to leave a visit and immediately want to send their best friend our way.

We're an early-stage company building our clinical system from scratch — which means the provider who joins us now doesn't just deliver care, they help shape how care gets delivered. If you've ever wished you could build the clinic you always wished you'd had as a patient, this is that chance.

What you'll do

As an Advanced Practice Provider, you'll deliver contraception counseling, STI counseling and treatment, hormonal health care, preventive care, and mental-health screening to patients across our launch states — all via telehealth.

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients within your certified scope and applicable state practice authority
  • Order, interpret, and follow up on labs; manage prescribing needs and refills
  • Conduct patient outreach and continuity follow-up electronically
  • Document visits in the EMR — with AI scribe support, so charting takes a fraction of the time it used to
  • Collaborate with the CMO and, where state law requires it, a designated collaborating physician
  • Shape the clinic as you go: give feedback on protocols and technology, and — if you want — help build patient education content, quality improvement work, or clinical committees around your own areas of interest in young women's health

A schedule built to protect your time

  • 4-hour shifts, remote — 0.8 FTE = 8 shifts/week, 1.0 FTE = 10 shifts/week
  • Shift windows: 8–12, 12–4, or 4–8 (your local time zone), seven days a week — pick what fits your life
  • Up to 7 patients per shift, with a 30-minute block built in just for admin — no charting on your own time
  • A standing bi-weekly check-in with the CMO, purely for support and alignment (not a supervision meeting)
  • Quarterly clinical training and team meetings, built into your paid schedule

Compensation & Benefits

  • Employees are paid an annual salary the equivalent of ~$65/hour
  • Licensing, national certification, credentialing, and liability insurance — fully covered by June/July, including tail coverage
  • 5 paid CME days per year, plus $2,000/year in additional CME funds for conferences, courses, and society dues
  • Four weeks of consolidated PTO/sick time (128 hrs at 0.8 FTE / 160 hrs at 1.0 FTE), accruing every paycheck
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with employer match after two years
  • We'll cover the cost of additional state licenses as we expand — so growing with us doesn't cost you anything

What we're looking for

Required

  • Active, unrestricted RN and APRN / Nurse Practitioner licensure
  • Current national board certification (AANP or ANCC) as an FNP or WHNP
  • Reliable internet and a private, HIPAA-appropriate space for telehealth visits
  • Comfort with telehealth workflows and EMR use
  • At least 6 months of experience providing care via telehealth
  • At least 2 years of experience providing care to women ages 18–30

Preferred

  • Genuine excitement for the build phase — helping shape clinical systems, education, and committees from the ground up
  • Willingness to pick up additional state licenses as we grow (on our dime)

Licensure: Active license in one of our launch states preferred — WA, VA, DE, IN, ID, FL, TX, NY, NJ. A DEA registration is not required for this role. Offer contingent on background check, license verification, and credentialing.

Ready to help build the clinic young women actually deserve? We'd love to hear from you.
