Work Permit Receiver (Offshore) 

We are seeking an experienced Work Permit Receiver for offshore operations with Saudi Aramco projects.

Key Requirements:

Qualifications & Certifications:

• Valid Saudi Aramco Work Permit Receiver Certificate
• NEBOSH IGC or equivalent internationally recognized safety certification
• BOSIET/FOET certification
• Basic H2S training
• WPR Pre-Requisites (Hazard Recognition, Confined Space Entry, Lockout/Tagout)
• Supervisor level or above certifications

Experience:

• Minimum 5-10 years in the Oil & Gas EPC sector
• Must have previous Saudi Aramco offshore experience
• Cold Work: 5 years (Test Score: 90%+)
• Hot Work: 5 years (Test Score: 95%+)
• Confined Space Entry: 10 years (Test Score: 95%+)
• Equipment Opening/Line Break: 8 years (Test Score: 95%+)

Skills:

• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Strong hazard recognition and safety management capabilities
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Only candidates meeting the mandatory Saudi Aramco offshore experience requirement will be considered.
