We are now inviting applications for the position of Wine Guru (Sommelier) to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and continuously develop the resorts wine program and cellar.

• Recommend wine pairings to complement dishes across our restaurants.

• Conduct wine tastings, pairing dinners, and interactive guest experiences.

• Provide training and guidance to associates on wine knowledge and service standards.

• Oversee procurement, stock management, and proper storage of wines.

• Stay informed on global wine trends, regions, and vintages to enhance offerings.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Certified Sommelier or equivalent wine qualification (e.g., WSET, Court of Master Sommeliers).

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Sommelier or Wine Specialist, preferably in luxury hospitality or fine dining.

• Strong knowledge of international wines, food pairings, and service techniques.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and educate guests.

• Fluent in both Thai and English (spoken & written). Additional languages are an advantage.

• Passionate about wine, gastronomy, and delivering memorable guest experiences.
