Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the management of common areas within the property.
2. Coordinate the monitoring of property gatherings and events.
3. Assist with budget control and expense management, including monitoring and preparing estate budgets.
4. Assist in overseeing contractor working hours and approval for entry/exit.
5. Support the monitoring of security operations and controls.
6. Assist in maintaining property standards to ensure compliance with relevant rules and regulations.
7. Assist in resolving owner or tenant issues and addressing complaints.
8. Demonstrate knowledge and a clear understanding of the propertys lease agreements, contracts, and rules and regulations.
9. Build and maintain positive relationships with residents of the assigned estate/project.
10. Oversee the timely and successful completion of maintenance requests.
11. Conduct daily inspections of common areas and facilities to ensure they are in proper and good order.
12. Assist in managing all maintenance, repairs, and renovations to buildings and estate grounds.
13. Handle administrative tasks, including invoices and collections for the estate (PR/PO).
14. Assist in communicating any upcoming events to all residents.
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 2 years experience in estate management.
2. Ability to prioritise, delegate, and manage large properties efficiently.
3. Strong leadership and project management skills.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
5. Solid financial budgeting and commercial awareness.
6. Ability to remain calm and adaptable under pressure.
7. Friendly personality with a strong customer service mindset.
8. Good knowledge of groundskeeping, land management, and property operations.
