Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute social media content plans aligned with brand and campaign goals
Create monthly content calendars and manage posting schedules
Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth
- Review and organize footage and coordinate materials for collaboration with external agencies when required.
Content Creation & Production
- Produce high-quality content including short-form videos, reels, graphics, captions, and stories
Write compelling copy tailored to each platform
Coordinate photoshoots and video production when required
Able to conduct the photo shooting alone
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and tone of voice
Platform Management
- Manage daily posting across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Monitor community engagement and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
Track platform updates and recommend new features to leverage
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, Media, or related field (preferred)
2–3+ years of experience in social media management or content creation
Strong writing and storytelling skills
Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, Cap Cut, Ai)
Video editing and photography skills
Ability to create social media artwork using AI program
Understanding of social media algorithms and trends
Strong organizational and time management skills
Fluent in English communications
Comfortable working in dynamic environments
Preferred Skills
Experience with paid social campaigns
Knowledge of brand positioning and digital strategy
Experience in lifestyle, real estate, luxury, or hospitality industries
