About the job Wellbeing Training and Development Trainer
Job Description
- Conduct training needs analysis related to wellbeing (mental health awareness, stress management, resilience, work-life balance, mindfulness, physical wellbeing, etc.).
- Design and develop training materials, workshops, e-learning modules, job aids and resources focused on wellbeing topics.
- Deliver interactive training sessions to different audiences (employees, managers, teams), using adult-learning principles and varied instructional methods (face-to-face, virtual, blended).
- Facilitate group discussions, experiential activities and coaching/mentoring as needed to embed wellbeing behaviors.
- Schedule, coordinate and manage logistics for training sessions (venues, technology, materials, participant communication).
- Collaborate with HR, L&D, Occupational Health, Employee Assistance Programmers and other relevant functions to integrate wellbeing training into broader organizational initiatives.
- Works with administrative/support staff for logistics and communication
Working Conditions
- Office based with travel to training venues as required.
- Some sessions may be scheduled outside standard hours (e.g., early morning/late afternoon) to accommodate participants.
- Use of virtual training platforms and learning management systems.
- Collaborative work across teams, occasional independent work and flexible scheduling.
