Location : Laguna Golf Phuket
Additional Roles & Responsibilities:
Golf Reservations & Bookings
- Handle daily golf bookings via phone, email, online platforms, and walk-ins.
- Confirm tee times promptly and accurately via email.
- Ensure all booking information is recorded correctly in the reservation system.
- Coordinate with the operations team regarding daily tee sheets, special requests, and VIP bookings.
- Manage changes, cancellations, and no-shows according to club policy.
Customer Service & Communication
- Provide clear, friendly, and timely communication to members and guests.
- Respond to general enquiries regarding golf services, facilities, policies, and pricing.
- Assist in resolving customer issues or complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Assist with enquiries for golf tournaments, group bookings, and corporate golf events.
- Provide initial information on packages, availability, pricing, and event processes.
- Coordinate with the Events or Operations team to ensure accurate information flow.
Membership Administration
- Support new membership enquiries by providing information on categories, benefits, fees, and joining processes.
- Handle enquiries related to membership renewals, payments, and account updates.
- Maintain accurate member records and assist with membership documentation as required.
Administrative Duties
- Prepare reports, booking summaries, and documentation for management as needed.
- Support management with additional operational or administrative tasks.
- Assist in updating reservation systems, price lists, and member communications.
Additional Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in reservations, customer service, or hospitality operations experience in golf operations is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
- Excellent customer service mindset with a positive, professional attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and reservation or POS systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.
- Team-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
