HR Executive / Asst. HR Manager
Job description
- Responsible for General Hotel Operations Support including daily coordination & communication with Hotels & Resorts, advertising of job vacancies on various platforms & channels, reference checks on applicants, preparation of Employment Contracts, etc.
- Main contact point for Hotels & Resorts in the China Region
- Administration of Associate Engagement i.e. Global Associate Satisfaction Survey, Long Service Award, etc.
- Coordinate Senior Management Orientations from Hotels & Resorts in Singapore Office
- Facilitate approval of employee benefits e.g. Overseas Claims, Spa & Gallery vouchers
- Ensure Group Policies & Procedures are well documented and authorised for use
- Assist in other HR related areas as and when required e.g. maintenance/upkeep of Department Files & P-Files.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or other related fields
- Pro-active and independent, able to work with minimal supervision
- High proficiency in MS Office & usage of Social Media Platforms
- Meticulous, organized & ability to meet tight report deadlines
- Good administrative, documentation & communication skills
- Able to maintain confidentiality of documents
