Golf Operation Officer

Job Purpose:

       Responsible for valet parking and golf bag storage includes greeting guests, loading and unloading golf bags from vehicles onto golf carts, cleaning clubs and golf cars, and safely parking vehicles in a designated area.


Key Result Areas:

       Providing excellent customer service, responsibilities include parking their vehicles, and handling their golf clubs. Responsibilities include transporting golf bags to and from cars. Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the storage and staging areas.


GENERAL:

• Guest greeting and assistance: Greet members and guests warmly, open car doors, and answer questions. Remove golf bags from vehicles, and load them to the standby area.
• Valet and bag handling: Safely drive and park guest vehicles in designated areas, and retrieve them when requested.
• Golf cart preparation: Retrieve carts, ensure they are clean and stage them for use.
• Club care: Clean golf clubs and return member and guest bags to their proper storage racks in the bag room.
• Equipment maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bag room, cart barn, and staging areas, and perform basic troubleshooting on equipment.
• Customer service: Interact with members and guests, answer questions, and assist with any special needs to enhance their experience.
