Qualifications & Skills
Bachelors Degree in Hotel or Hospitality -Management or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Food & Beverage Management in a luxury resort or hotel.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent understanding of F&B trends, cost control, and guest service.
Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage).
Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems (e.g., Micros).
