Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Beach Club located in Phuket. The Director of Beach Club will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the beach club, managing staff, coordinating events and activities, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality , Food and Beverage management, event coordination, and customer service
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of beach club operations, Food and Beverage and safety regulations
• Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial
