Key Responsibilities
- Reinforce and coverage of officers daily inbound and outbound duties from all
- channels.
- Manage and assist in response to online requests.
- Monitor and coach junior staffs to drive service consistency.
- Ensure the consistency of using proper call answering, greeting & MS call script.
- Execute and monitor Outbound duties carried out by the team.
- Provide support to customer experience and suggest resolution
- Provide administration assistance and coordinate with relevant departments for customer and enrollment process
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of call center operation and performance management
- Strong leadership, customer-focused and analytical skills
- Strong organizational skill
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new programs quickly.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and interpersonal skill
- Excellent command of written, verbal skills in English and Japanese, additional language skill is an advantage.
- Able to handle demanding workload.
- To be goal-oriented and flexible in accepting new assignments & project.
- Proactive mindset and be outspoken and energetic.
