Key Responsibilities

  • Reinforce and coverage of officers daily inbound and outbound duties from all
  • channels.
  • Manage and assist in response to online requests.
  • Monitor and coach junior staffs to drive service consistency.
  • Ensure the consistency of using proper call answering, greeting & MS call script.
  • Execute and monitor Outbound duties carried out by the team.
  • Provide support to customer experience and suggest resolution
  • Provide administration assistance and coordinate with relevant departments for customer and enrollment process

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of call center operation and performance management
  • Strong leadership, customer-focused and analytical skills
  • Strong organizational skill
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new programs quickly.
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and interpersonal skill
  • Excellent command of written, verbal skills in English and Japanese, additional language skill is an advantage.
  • Able to handle demanding workload.
  • To be goal-oriented and flexible in accepting new assignments & project.
  • Proactive mindset and be outspoken and energetic.
