Job Description

Under the general guidance of BTHR operational standards, this position is responsible for assisting the Regional Director of Human Capital (HC) in overseeing daily HC operations at the property and leading full-cycle recruitment efforts. This involves developing and implementing comprehensive sourcing and talent acquisition strategies to attract, evaluate, and hire exceptional candidates across all levels and roles.

1. Talent Acquisition

(1) Sources and assists to hire the key positions for the preopening hotels as per requests.

(2) Supports hotel recruitment for manager-level positions and above upon request by providing internal talent options and information.

(3) Assists in coaching hotel HC teams on optimizing available and upcoming recruitment support for talent sourcing activities.

(4) Manages candidate relationships by maintaining a pipeline of management candidates for potential future positions in the hotels.

(5) Assists in ensuring consistent application of recruitment guidelines through coaching of recruiters and hiring managers.

(6) Creates and administers both external and internal talent pools.

2. Employment Terms

(1) Oversees and ensures consistent application of approval matrix guidelines for hiring of managers and directors in the hotels portfolio.

(2) Drafts and assists in reviewing contracts to ensure consistency and protection of BTHR interests.

(3) Provides feedback to the Regional Director of HC on persistent issues and discusses suggestions for improving the global approach.

(4) Schedule the orientation for the hotel senior management.

3. HR Policies and Administration Support

(1) Serve as the main center for hotel queries regarding policy interpretation and supportive for assigned regions.

(2) Assist the Regional Director of HC in overseeing business partner support for assigned regions.

(3) Guide hotel heads of HC and other hotel associates as required or assigned.

(4) Provide input on talent management issues for regional consideration.

(5) Complete the various reports regularly or as per requests.

(6) Collaborate with hotel heads of HC on maintaining daily HC operations standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree graduated or higher degree.
  • At least 5 years of experience as Human Capital Manager or Recruitment Manager in international luxury hotels.
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking and HC databases.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Thai.
  • High level of proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent in health, mature with pleasant personality and neat appearance.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues, customers, and guests.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
