The role of Resort Host Concierge at Banyan Tree Phuket requires a dedicated individual committed to providing guests with exceptional service and assistance throughout their stay at our esteemed resort. As the primary point of contact, you will serve as both a gracious host and an informed guide, ensuring that guests have a seamless and memorable experience from check-in to check-out. In addition to facilitating smooth arrivals and departures, you will be responsible for offering comprehensive information about resort amenities, local attractions, and personalized recommendations to enhance guests' stays.

Qualifications

  1. Previous experience in customer service or hospitality roles preferred.
