Job Purpose:

Lead Gallerys marketing department, overseeing the success of various marketing initiatives (offline to online), strategic partnerships and management of media and content assets.

Key Result Areas:

Primary

Marketing & Comms

  • Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide sales support
  • Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
  • Help develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-­facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets
  • Conceptualize and execute on multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels
  • Collaborate with the other dept. to conduct target audience, competitor and trends research, develop strategic, platform-specific content ideas and strategies.
  • Develop strategic partnership and co-branding initiatives to enhance brand visibility and drive sales growth.
  • Create and execute brand activations and pop-up events to effectively showcase products and engage with the target audience.
  • Media Management and lead for PR and KOLs
  • Ensures compelling and on brand copy from corporate gifts to retail product packaging, marketing collaterals, websites, to social media platforms.
  • Analyze performance across all social media platforms relating to engagement and growth.
  • Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
  • Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
  • Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies

Operational:

  • Develop innovative strategies for optimizing the customer journey within property operations to drive sales of gallery products and enhance overall customer experience.
  • Contribute to the development of product packaging concepts, including overseeing product photoshoots and visual concepts to ensure alignment with brand identity.
  • Ensures timely update for promotional collaterals or outward facing content from offline to online including website, socials and blog posts.

Secondary

Training:

  • To complete all Gallery trainings in terms of Orientation, Product Knowledge apart from the training modules setup in Learning Management System (LMS) from Banyan Management Academy
  • Min. 5hrs per associates per month based on Banyan Group policy.

Personal Specification:

Job Knowledge

  • Minimum of 6 to 10 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business and related fields

Essential Job Skills:

  • 360 marketing experience for a global/regional retail brand
  • Diverse market experience, ideally in China, Thailand, Singapore at least
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and practices.
  • Familiarity with website content management systems (CMS).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
  • Experience with creating visual content, including graphics and photography.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to suggest and implement new ideas.

Desirable Job and communication Skills

  • Previous experience in writing and editing copy at a Corporate level.
  • Previous experience producing content for Social media platforms.
  • Strong understanding of marketing and branding principles.
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
