Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Banyan Tree Phuket. As a Experiences and Quality Manager at Banyan Group, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high-quality standards across our properties. Your day-to-day tasks will include monitoring guest satisfaction, overseeing service delivery, conducting quality audits, implementing improvement initiatives, and collaborating with various teams to enhance the overall guest experience.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in hotel management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of hospitality operations and service standards
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and improve guest experiences
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high-quality standards
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
- Proficiency in relevant software applications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred)
