Job Purpose:

Assist in managing administrative tasks.

Key Result Areas:

  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handling issues and resolving problems within our department or across other departments.
  • Preparing and managing correspondence.
  • Purchasing supplies and managing inventory.
  • Maintaining financial records and other types of documentation.
  • Managing and preparing necessary paperwork for various tasks.

General:

  • Handling quotations and invoices for customer charges.
  • Keeping records and reports up to date.
  • Managing data in spreadsheets and generating reports.
  • Addressing technical issues within their designated area.
  • Assigning work orders from SARA to the team.

Key Qualification:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in administrative work or a similar role.
