About the job Facility Coordinator
Job Purpose:
Assist in managing administrative tasks.
Key Result Areas:
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Handling issues and resolving problems within our department or across other departments.
- Preparing and managing correspondence.
- Purchasing supplies and managing inventory.
- Maintaining financial records and other types of documentation.
- Managing and preparing necessary paperwork for various tasks.
General:
- Handling quotations and invoices for customer charges.
- Keeping records and reports up to date.
- Managing data in spreadsheets and generating reports.
- Addressing technical issues within their designated area.
- Assigning work orders from SARA to the team.
Key Qualification:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in administrative work or a similar role.
