CJP Executive

  1. Maintain the operations - including daily, monthly, and yearly operations - to assure the building and facilities are running smoothly.
  2. Day-to-day administrative operations in responsible projects.
  3. Coordinate with outsource team (housekeepers, guards, gardeners, maintenance engineer, and other workers from outsource company.).
  4. Full responsibilities job assignment from Sr. CJP Manager, Manager, Assistant Manager, or above.
  5. Conduct the daily and monthly review of account receivables and payables.
  6. Manage the petty cash of the building within the rules and regulations of the building for usage and authorization.
  7. Handling administrative requests and queries from senior managers, Manager, Assistant Manager, or above.
  8. Maintain accurate records of all resident information, contracts, and correspondence.
  9. Prepare and distribute notices, newsletters, and communications to residents.
  10. Prepare all documents required by the management team.
  11. Ensure all documents related to the building are up to date and filed accurately and in a timely manner.
  12. Update clients on the progress of their inquiry through various communication channels such as telephone, email, meetings, and video calls.
  13. Handle customer service inquiries, addressing account, billing, and payment concerns.
  14. Manage key access and security systems.
  15. Act as an intermediary between clients and Accounting regarding payments follow up, confirmation and invoicing.
  16. Support with the communications related to government departments for the building, such as registration of Juristic Persons Manager, committee members, coordination between water municipality, electricity, and land departments as needed.
  17. Attend meetings and record meetings in the organization.
  18. Another job is assigned by senior management.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelors degree in any field or diploma in management field.
  2. Experience in property management or general management preferable.
  3. Computer literate in Word, Excel and PowerPoint with Digital literacy.
  4. Good communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  5. English communication; both verbal and written and with capable computer skills.
  6. Positive attitude and service minded.
  7. Well-organized and strategic minded.
  8. Understand condominium & village juristic person laws.
  9. Architecture knowledge. Could understanding construction drawing (In advantage).
  10. Understand the steps and methods for requesting a construction permit and be able to proceed. (In advantage.)
