Scope of Work

1. Administrative Support

  • Provide general administrative support to the Business Development team, including meeting scheduling, calendar management, and note-taking.
  • Organize and maintain digital files, folders, and documentation related to ongoing and past development projects.
  • Assist with document formatting and basic proofreading for presentations, reports, and proposals.

2. Data Entry & Pipeline Tracking

  • Input and update project information into tracking systems, spreadsheets, and CRM databases under supervision.
  • Support the maintenance of internal deal logs, project timelines, and contact lists.
  • Help prepare simple reports or summaries for internal team meetings or status updates.

3. Research Assistance

  • Conduct desktop research on potential development markets, competitors, or partners as requested.
  • Collect and organize publicly available information on hospitality industry trends, new openings, and investment news.

4. Meeting Coordination

  • Help coordinate internal and external meeting logistics, including room booking, invitations, agendas, and materials preparation.
  • Take notes during development meetings and distribute action points or follow-ups to the team.

5. Communication & Coordination

  • Assist in liaising with other departments (e.g., legal, marketing, operations) for document follow-up or scheduling support.
  • Send and follow up on routine emails under guidance from senior team members.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in administrative or coordination roles, preferably in hospitality or real estate.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with cross-functional teams and external partners in both Thai and English.
  • Ability to handle confidential information and time-sensitive projects with professionalism.
