• Manage daily accounting and financial reporting

• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and analyze variances

• Ensure tax compliance and accurate filings

• Oversee internal controls and lead audits

• Manage cash flow and banking activities

• Lead and develop the accounting team

• Advise management with financial insights
