This is a full-time on-site role as a Chef de Cuisine at Banyan Tree Phuket. Chef de Cuisine will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day culinary operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff supervision. They will work closely with the Director of Culinary to ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong culinary skills and extensive knowledge of different cuisines
  • Experience in menu planning, recipe development, and food cost management
  • Leadership and supervisory experience in a high-volume kitchen
  • Ability to manage a diverse team and work collaboratively
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Culinary degree or certification is preferred
