HRIS Project Manager

We are looking for talent within the Banyan Group who is interested in taking on the role of HRIS Project Manager based in Laguna Phuket on a 2 years contract.

Qualification:

Project Management Skills: Project management skills with experience in leading cross- functional teams, adhering to timelines. Experience in HRIS Implementation or project management including planning, execution, and post-implementation support will be given a special consideration.

HR and IT Knowledge: Understanding of both HR processes and IT systems, employee

data management, and compliance.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both in Thai and English, to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.

Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to analyze issues and implement effective solutions to ensure project success.

Adaptability: Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and handle the pressures of large -scale project delivery.

Bachelor's Degrees: Degree in Human Resources, Information , Technology

Business Administration or a related field.
