Job Title: Learning Coordinator
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Learning Coordinator to join our team at Laguna Resorts & Hotels. This role will support the Learning Manager in planning, coordinating, and administering training programs to enhance employee development and organizational performance. The ideal candidate is passionate about learning and development, highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Learning Manager in organizing and implementing training initiatives across all departments.
- Coordinate training , including scheduling, venue arrangements, materials preparation, and communication with trainers and participants.
- Maintain accurate training records, attendance sheets, evaluation forms, and feedback reports.
- Track employee participation.
- Support onboarding and orientation sessions for new associates.
- Communicate with internal departments and external vendors to arrange training sessions and ensure smooth delivery.
- Assist in developing training materials and presentations.
- Monitor training effectiveness and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide administrative support related to training budgets, reports, and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in training coordination, HR, or administrative roles (experience in hospitality is a plus).
- Excellent English communication skills both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- High attention to details and ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
- Positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and a passion for learning and development.
