Job Scope



1.  Sales

  • Conduct property presentations, tours, and showings to prospective buyers.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads and customer interaction.
  • Negotiate and close property sales transactions, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
  • Achieve sales quotas and targets set.
  • Participate in property launches, exhibitions, and events.


2.  Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide accurate information about our properties and services.
  • Address client concerns professionally and effectively.


3.  Market Research

  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in real estate sales (or proven track record in sales)
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Multi-lingual (spoken and written) in both English and at least
    one other language (Russian , Chinese or Thai)
