Job Requirement:


To serve as the key person contact point and coordinator with the owner on a daily basis.
Provides owner with above-and-beyond service to ensure their experience will be worth remembering.

Job Description and Duties:

Customer Relations Function:

  • To provide customer service excellence to owners and co-owners and clients of Laguna Phuket to include Estate and Property Service handling and inquiries
  • To assist with collection eff orts and follow-up on assigned matters requiring relevant language translations
  • To assist with translation where required during owners and co-owner requests/meetings, etc.
  • Reply and assist with Lifestyle Services inquiry to relevant estate managers or service providers for all clients, residents, and/or owners
  • Maintain and update owner information/ changes to TSW system
  • Maintain and update owner requests and/or inquiries and needs as an Activity Log in TSW to keep all related party informed
  • Assist residents/owners and potential clients of Laguna Phuket community

Resales Function:

  • Handling residential listing request from existing owners within Laguna Phuket looking to sell their units as part of their exit strategy
  • Handling residential resale inquiries from any/all potential buyers from all sources including external agents looking to resale property within Laguna Phuket
  • Assist in keeping the resale listing up to date i.e with photos and fact sheet
  • Assist to keep the resales pipelines and TSW up to date with prospects and inquiries
  • Assist to coordinate unit inspection and showing to prospective agents/buyers where required
  • Assist to communicate between potential seller/buyer/agents with legal on various resale process to completion

Qualification Required :

  • English & Russian speaking
  • 1-2 year experience in hotel operation relations, services in similar field/capacity
  • Computer literacy
  • Hands on experience in Microsoft Office applications
  • Maintain a professional and remain in compliance with the Code of Conduct of Laguna
  • Follow the Privacy Rules and Laws provided with clients personal and private information
