Commercial Sourcing & Trading Manager

Job Purpose: 

To facilitate the direct importation of high-quality, standardized beverage products from various production sources at prices lower than the market rate, ensuring timely delivery that meets customer demands.

Key Result Areas:

1. Vendor Management: Identify and select suppliers, focusing on cost-effective vendors.
2. Cost Optimization and Savings: Conduct cost analysis and implement reduction strategies, including negotiation and optimizing terms.
3. Trading and Commercial: Understand global trade regulations and deliver the most competitive offers to customers.

Key Qualifications:

1. Ensure smooth operation and supply planning to hotels
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the beverage industry, with a preference for prior experience in a hotel environment.
