IT Support Officer

Job Requirement:

• Record IT asset and follow up all purchasing and disposal. 
• Prepare IT asset list, process disposal form to HOD and ACC & coordinate with purchase and supplier to sale
• Daily basic IT answer users question (First-AlD) 
• Advising users about computer's knowledge
• Server, Network, Back up and security administrative, support IT & network function Antivirus, Back up software
• Assist authorized users in relation to operation - system hardware, various business 8 In-House application, modules and supporting personal computers
• Establish and implement procedures to ensure back up of data in any IT system. 
• Rebuild data corrupter by either hardware or software faults
• Coordinate the timely handling of any software fault reports or enhancement requests
• Establish necessary security measure prevent unauthorized access to the IT System
• Work with other departments to set up and maintain clean relevant system/app for management purpose
• Enforce security procedures for the management system access and PC LAN, software copyright/licenses, computer viruses and access to on line data services
• Implement and comply the Corporate Standard Operating Procedures
• Ensure new technology & equipment are embraced, improving productivity whilst taking work out
• Support troubleshoot and maintain computer (both hardware and software), network system 
• Basic installation of computer or network equipment including printers and multi-function machine
• Basic installation of operating system, office application and necessary office use software.
• Basic installation maintaining network infrastructure in accordance with network infrastructure standards
• Follow up timely repair and return to service faulty systems or items or equipment
• Monitor and maintain Internet/e-mail user both wireless and wiring network 
• Support Conference, Meeting room, Theater equipment, Virtual room and other digital bill board/touch screen 

• MS. Office, Network, Fiber, Server, Firewall Digital equipment for theater, virtual room, meeting room and etc.
