Handyman

Job Requirement:

The Handyman is responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and minor renovations to ensure the proper functioning and aesthetic upkeep of the properties. This role requires a versatile skill set, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. The handyman will work closely with the property management team to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for tenants.

Qualification Required: 

• Require technical expertise. 
• Proficiency in troubleshooting
• Repairing small appliances. fixtures, or property systems. 
• Strong communication skills to interact with tenants team members, and contractors professionally.
