We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our Saffron team and ensure that every guest enjoys an unforgettable dining journey.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service and exceptional guest satisfaction.

Lead, train, and inspire the restaurant team to deliver world-class Thai hospitality.

Manage reservations, floor plans, and guest flow to maximize efficiency and guest experience.

Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain high standards of food presentation and quality.

Monitor financial performance, control costs, and drive revenue through upselling and promotions.

Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and service standards.
Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years of managerial experience in a fine-dining or luxury restaurant environment.

Strong leadership and team management skills with a hands-on approach.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage with international guests.

Strong knowledge of Thai cuisine and fine-dining service standards.

Fluent in English (spoken & written); knowledge of Thai or other languages is an advantage.
