Job Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and refine AI chatbot prompts to enhance user interactions.
- Integrate and troubleshoot AI chatbots across various communication channels.
- Analyze performance data to suggest improvements and updates.
- Manage, maintain, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.
- Ensure the proper functionality of call center systems.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Knowledge of AI/ML technologies and frameworks.
- Experience with API integrations and middleware solutions.
- Familiarity with contact center/omnichannel platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
