  • Manage, maintain, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Ensure the proper functionality of call center systems.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

  • Knowledge of AI/ML technologies and frameworks.
  • Experience with API integrations and middleware solutions.
  • Familiarity with contact center/omnichannel platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
