Job Requirement:

The Executive Administration is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to ensure the efficient day-to-day management of rental operations. This role involves coordinating various rental activities, including housekeeping and LSPM as well as managing documentation such as payment vouchers, petty cash, and cash advances. Additionally, this position coordinates with the C-Purchasing team for procurement activities and collaborates with the ICT team to manage service tickets, ensuring the timely resolution of technical issues.

Maintaining organized records of payment vouchers and correspondence is also essential, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualification Required:

  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written).

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry or a related field.

  • Computer literacy with hands-on experience in relevant software applications.
